Intended Use
The NamuPlex™ Bacterial Pneumonia Real-time PCR Kit is a multiplex real-time PCR assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of 6 respiratory bacteria linked to pneumonia. Performed on a real-time PCR instrument, this assay extracts nucleic acid (DNA) from nasopharyngeal swabs of patients suspected of respiratory infections.
