NamuPlex™ HPV NGS Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test that simultaneously detects the genotype of human papillomavirus (HPV) using Next-Generation Sequencing technology (NGS).

Fast Results

HPV types are quickly identified by simultaneously analyzing up to 480 samples. NGS time is reduced to approximately 24 hours.

Semi-quantitative Analysis

HPV types and quantity (+, ++, +++) analyzed using the Genetree Viewer analysis software. All types of HPV displayed regardless of the number of types.

Specificity & Accuracy

Highly specific and accurate results by matching HPV reference database to all reads created with the FastQ file and identifying HPV types.

Reproducible results proven through clinical trials with large number of specimens.

Sensitivity
