SML Genetree Participates in 2022 AACC,
the Largest Worldwide Clinical Lab Meeting and Exposition
SML Genetree (CEO Ahn Ji hoon) recently participated in the 2022 AACC (American Association for Clinical Chemistry) Annual Scientific Meeting and Clinical Lab Expo held at McCormick Place in Chicago, USA from July 24th to July 28th. The overseas and U.S. sales and marketing teams conducted potential and current partner meetings as well as meeting with clinical labs and other business concerns.
In-vitro diagnostic experts, clinical labs and over 800 medical device companies from all over the world participated in the 2022 AACC to present research results and/or promote in-vitro diagnostic products.
This is the second year that SML Genetree has participated in AACC. SML Genetree focused on introducing its product portfolio of Ezplex® PCR and NGS kits, including the Ezplex HPV NGS kit—the first HPV NGS test in South Korea to receive approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
Kiran Paik, head of the marketing department at SML Genetree, says: “We are actively pursuing marketing, sales, and PR activities in the global diagnostics market to promote SML Genetree and build brand awareness. Participation in the 2022 AACC has allowed SML Genetree to identify new commercial partners worldwide as well as to sign exclusive distribution contracts with El Salvador and Chile.”
